The epitome of luxury self-catering accommodation, the Main House, Wood Quay, is comfortable and charming holiday cottage set on the water, in the heart of Carlingford.
The Main House has 3 bedrooms in total, one large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom plus 2 further bedrooms that can sleep up to 2 adults or 4 children in each room, there is also a main bathroom with shower & bath.
The Long Room is a gracious, high ceilinged room with a relaxing sitting area with a large stone fireplace at one end and a large kitchen area with an Aga cooker at the other.
The fully equipped Kitchen has lots of space for entertaining or enjoying a nice quiet cuppa looking out on the sea and is toasty warm with an Aga.
The spacious Conservatory is the perfect place to relax and unwind: just 3 feet from the water’s edge with a wood burning stove for those chilly winter days
The Master Bedroom with a large double & a single has its own ensuite with stunning views of Kings Johns Castle, Carlingford harbour, and Carlingford Lough beyond!
The two Twin Bedrooms have unique toe-to-toe large single sleigh beds with beautiful views out to the private courtyard and beyond to the sea.
The private pier can be used as a swimming platform or as a mooring.
