Welcome to Wood Quay Carlingford, set in the heart of medieval Carlingford, Co. Louth, Wood Quay Carlingford provides a unique and charming self-catering accommodation – it has the best of both worlds being right on the water but in the heart of the village!

Now a popular accommodation experience, Wood Quay Carlingford was originally a grain store for the Carlingford railway station. Built-in 1840, it has been sensitively restored using exclusively salvage materials that enhance the building’s character and history.

The accommodation comprises of two-holiday houses, the Main House and the Baby House, both providing breath-taking views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne mountains. The cottages are available to book separately, or together.

The Main House has its own private pier which can be used as a swimming platform, mooring your boat, or simply a picturesque spot to enjoy your breakfast! While the Baby House is just perfect for a quiet mini-break on the sea!

The perfect venue for many different events and occasions such as art exhibitions, product launches, and a yoga retreat to name a few. Situated on the harbour front, Carlingford Lough, Wood Quay Carlingford provides a unique and special backdrop for any occasion.
